Earlybirds Day Nursery is open 51 weeks per year. We close for the days between the Christmas period and the New Year along with all bank holidays. (chargeable.)
In order to register you child for Earlybirds and join our waiting list. Please complete a registration form with a staff member. Parents are required to pay a registration fee of £30.00 to secure your place, this is non-refundable. This must be paid within 48 hours of accepting a place.
Your children's fees are to be paid the first week of the month for that month.
We have many ways to pay your childcare fees, our preferred method of payment is by banking standing order payable into the bank the first week of every month. We are registered with the government Gateway for tax fee childcare payment scheme. Please speak to the nursery manager on your child’s settling in visits for more information.
Should you wish to decrease the number of sessions your child's attends, 4 weeks notice is required to do so. If you only require a term time only place for your child a retainer fee is charged for the holidays.
