Earlybirds Day Nursery is open 51 weeks per year. We close for the days between the Christmas period and the New Year along with all bank holidays. (chargeable.)
In order to register you child for Earlybirds and join our waiting list. Please complete a registration form with a staff member. Parents are required to pay a booking fee of £30.00 to secure your place for non-funded places, this is non-refundable. This must be paid within 48 hours of accepting a place.
Your children's fees are to be paid the first of the month for that month.
We have many ways to pay your childcare fees, our preferred method of payment is by banking standing order payable into the bank the first of every month. We are registered with the government Gateway for tax fee childcare payment scheme. Please speak to the nursery manager on your child’s settling in visits for more information.
If you are accessing a government funded place from 15 to 30 hours these places are free of charge. You will only be charges if you require more hours than your allocated funding. Please see the fees above.
Should you wish to decrease the number of sessions your child's attends, 4 weeks notice is required to do so. If you only require a term time only place for your child a retainer fee is charged for the holidays for non-funded places.
Earlybirds don't charge a consumables rate on funded places.
