At Earlybirds Day Nursery in Creswell, The manager has high expectations for all the children. She actively engages with other professionals to help close the gap in children's learning.
Staff are good role models for the children that attend, children learn to behave well and use their manners. Staff know their children well and incorporate children's interest in to activities children love and enjoy.
Staff have a strong understanding of the different types of abuse and the possible signs that may indicate a child is at risk of harm. All staff have completed relevant and up-to-date safeguarding training. .
Parents comment positively about their children's experiences at the setting. They are happy that their children have opportunities they do not get at home.
